IEEE Ecuador section takes great pleasure in inviting you to the 2018 IEEE ETCM, which will be held from October 17th-19th 2018 in Cuenca, Ecuador.
The 2018 IEEE Ecuador Technical Chapters Meeting (ETCM) will be the third edition of the running series of conferences organized by the IEEE Ecuador Section and which intends to provide a highly prestigious venue for researchers, students and practitioners from the IEEE Technical Society Chapters in Ecuador.
The conference covers both theoretical and practical issues related to Communications, Computing, Control Systems, Industrial Electronics, Engineering in Medicine and Biology, Power and Energy, Robotics and Automation, Electron Devices. Topics of interest, but not limited to, are:

Conference Publication
All submitted papers must comply with the IEEE Conference publication guidelines available at the conference website. All submitted papers will be subject to a strict double-blinded review process prior to acceptance for publication. Accepted papers will be then submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library . Inclusion in IEEE Xplore is not an automatic process and IEEE reserves the right to reject any submissions that do not meet compliance.
Please note that only registered and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
