IEEE Ecuador Section has the privilege to introduce the Ecuador Technical Chapters Meeting ETCM 2023, the most important congress of the section and an event of great importance for the promotion and dissemination of engineering research, which will be held on October 10th-13th, 2023, in Ambato city.
