The Marketing Committee created the "Jornalzão," an internal newsletter that achieved positive results and inspired the "Jornalzão" of IEEE Unesp Bauru. This new format strengthens internal communication and fosters a greater sense of belonging, encouraging member participation through interactive themed sections, such as the Halloween special and the "COMUNIQUE-SE Awards," which monthly rewards the most creative photos submitted by members.
