We delve into the fundamental challenges of antenna miniaturization, substrate losses, and impedance matching, and examine how innovative design strategies are overcoming these barriers. From CMOS-compatible layouts to metamaterial-inspired structures, on-chip antennas are enabling seamless integration of wireless functionality directly into ICs. Why does this matter? The conjunct event aims to promote ipntegration, knowledge sharing, and professional and entrepreneurial develoment among Students and Young Professionals in technology. The program includes lectures, workshops, technical visits, an academic projects fair, networking activities, and awards, fostering experience exchange and strengthening connections between academia and industry.
