Dear Region 9 Volunteers

With great pleasure and enthusiasm, I would like to confirm our Region 9 2022 Regional Meeting that will be conducted in a face-to-face format in the City of Mexico from march 9 – 12.

We will also have the opportunity to celebrate the 100 Anniversary of the creation of the Mexico Section along with the activities from our region.

The Regional Meeting will be held at the Barcelo Hotel / Reforma, Mexico City and primary delegates expenses will be covered by the Region in a reimbursement basis and under the conditions here by established. 

The following schedule shows the meeting programs, and the dates participants are required for the different activities. Expenses will be covered just for those required dates.

March 9

∙   ExCom Meeting

March 10  

∙   Committees Meetings (selected committees) – Presence of members of the selected Committees and Chairs are required

∙   Training of New Officers – Section Chairs on the first year of their corresponding period

∙   Operations Committee Meeting – All Regional Committees Chairs and ExCom

March 11

∙   Regional Meeting – All Sections Chairs, Councils Chairs, Committees Chairs and ExCom

March 12

∙   Regional Meeting – All Sections Chairs, Councils Chairs, Committees Chairs and ExCom

 

Despite the increase of numbers of cases of the corona virus experimented in almost all our countries, at this time there are no major limitations for traveling other that maintaining the recommended biosafety regulations, vaccination and other measurements that will guarantee that our meting be a safe one.

Please provide your annual plans and reports as required since the participation in the meeting may be conditioned to the compliance with this requirement.
