IEEE MOVE Interested Group Form
We are delighted with your interest in joining the IEEE MOVE Community Outreach initiative. The MOVE program is looking for qualified volunteers who not only have a deep passion for humanitarian work but also the expertise, wisdom and time to commit in support of the program. We are currently seeking candidates for leadership positions of committees and working groups for our global program expansion. Currently we are looking for volunteers in support of our programs in Puerto Rico. We realize that few people have the ability to extensively volunteer to a program such as ours. It is through the diverse efforts of committee members, each contribution their time and resources as they are able, in a combined effort that allows us to address the many programmatic needs. Reunión anual IEEE CIS Chile
Estimadas/os, Gracias por su participación en IEEE CIS Chile durante este año 2025. Quizás el hito más importante fue nuevamente la EVIC, nuestro evento central dedicado a la IA. Organizada por la profesora Carla Vairetti, con el generoso apoyo de un buen número de instituciones y empresas, y más de 130 asistentes. También tuvimos la oportunidad de colaborar con el congreso ICPRS, que aceptó 53 trabajos (tasa de aceptación de 56%) y tuvo asistentes de más de 10 países. Para hacer un recuento del año que termina y pensar en las actividades 2026-2027, tendremos nuestra tradicional reunión anual. Los invitamos a la Universidad de los Andes, el viernes 9 de enero a las 14:30 hrs., Edificio de Biblioteca (el mismo de la foto), Auditorio D.
