Networking for Career Growth (Junior YPs) es un evento de desarrollo profesional diseñado para impulsar a los miembros junior de IEEE Young Professionals —aquellos con 0 a 6 años de experiencia en la industria— fortaleciendo sus habilidades de networking y ayudándoles a construir conexiones significativas dentro del entorno profesional. La sesión se llevará a cabo en el Piso 8, Sala Grande del CCIJ, en el edificio MIND (México Innovación y Diseño), un espacio ideal para fomentar la colaboración y el crecimiento temprano en la carrera. Este programa vespertino de 2 horas combina una charla inspiradora sobre la importancia del networking en el desarrollo profesional, una actividad interactiva en la que los participantes comparten breves historias de su trayectoria y conectan con otros jóvenes profesionales, y una sesión abierta de networking con refrigerios.
