Paper Submission Instructions

• Regular papers should be up to 6 pages long. All the papers will go through the peer review process.
• All submissions must be composed in English and strictly follow the formatting guidelines provided by IEEE for conference proceedings.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library according to 2024 IEEE 42nd Central America and Panama Convention (CONCAPAN XLII), conference #63470, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
