- All papers must be written in English and adhere to the templates available at IEEE – Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library according to 2024 IEEE 42nd Central America and Panama Convention (CONCAPAN XLII), conference #63470, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
