Important Submission Instructions

Please review your entries carefully before submitting. To ensure your invitation letter is accepted by the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, keep the following in mind:

  • Accuracy: All personal data, including your full name, nationality and passport number, must match your official travel document exactly to avoid rejection by consular authorities.

  • Passport Validity: Ensure your passport has at least six months of validity remaining from your planned date of entry into Mexico.

  • Registration Prerequisite: Invitation letters are exclusively issued to confirmed delegates. You must complete your XXIX SBRM 2026 Registration prior to submitting this request.

  • IEEE Credentials: We strongly recommend keeping a digital or printed copy of your IEEE Membership Card and Registration Confirmation alongside your invitation letter during your travel and immigration interviews.

  • Processing Time: Once submitted, please allow the Organizing Committee a few business days to verify your data and generate your formal PDF letter, which will be sent to the email provided above.
