CALL FOR POSTER
The main objective of this activity is to provide a space for the participants of the XXIX SBRM 2026 to present their research, achievements, activities, and success stories.
This activity will be carried out in three stages:
- Abstract submission.
- Poster and article submission in IEEE format.
- Poster presentation at the XXIX SBRM 2026.
Abstracts
All abstracts submitted must be 500 words maximum and contain the following elements:
- Title of the poster.
- Name, e-mail, and institutions of the authors.
- Abstract
- Keywords.
Posters
All posters must include the title, authors' names, and authors' institutions. It must be presented in A0 format (841 x 1189 mm) and must contain the following:
- Clear and concise title describing the content of the poster.
- Abstract including the main aspects of the project.
- Methods addressed in the project.
- Results and discussions.
- Conclusions.
Presentation
Posters will be presented during the scheduled session at the XXIX SBRM 2026. This session provides an opportunity for high-level networking and academic exchange among delegates.
Publication
Authors should submit the content of their poster in an IEEE formatted paper that will be published in the conference proceedings.

Receipt of abstracts:
September 20, 2026.
Notification of acceptance:
September 28, 2026.
Receipt of posters and papers:
October 19, 2026.
Poster presentation:
October 19, 2026.
