Fecha y horario Actualizada Invitation El IEEE Joint chapter Nº 3 (EDS/SCC) de la sección Argentina lo invita a la conferencia “Proceso de generación de defectos espacio-temporales en pilas de MOS de HfO2 irradiadas: mecanismos correlacionados versus no correlacionados” dictada por el distinguido conferencista del IEEE Dr. Félix Palumbo. Abstracto En este artículo, analizamos la dependencia de la pendiente de Weibull (β) extraída de las pruebas TDDB en condensadores HfO2 MOS (MOSCAP) en la densidad inicial de defectos inducidos artificialmente por experimentos de irradiación de microhaz cuidadosamente ajustados con diferentes dosis de carbono. La tendencia experimental consistente de reducir β con el aumento de la densidad de defectos fue reproducible solo con simulaciones de descomposición basadas en la física que consideraron la generación de defectos correlacionados en HfO2 y los rastros de daños localizados (trayectorias de percolación parcial) creados por los iones que chocan. Los escenarios de distribución de defectos inicial espacialmente aleatoria y generación de defectos inducida por estrés aleatorio (en espacio y tiempo) no pudieron explicar las tendencias experimentales, lo que confirma que la generación de defectos correlacionados existe en HfO2, lo que altera bastante la comprensión convencional de TDDB. IEEE CASS, Synopsys Chile R&D Center, Universidad Santa María and AC3E invite you, undergraduate and graduate students and academics, to participate in the 12th Integrated Circuits Design Bootcamp, a new version of the previously called Integrated Circuit Design Summer School where you will attend workshops accessing leading-edge software and plenary talks prepared to strengthen skills around the design and simulation of digital integrated circuits that are highly demanded in an increasingly more competitive and technologized market. This bootcamp will have two parallel tracks: a digital integrated circuit design course (synthesis flow, and place and route) and an analog design course where you will work on design and implementation of small common circuit blocks like differential pair and bias circuits. 1 event,La Subdirección de Pueblos Indígenas, Dirección de Diversidad y Género, Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas de la Universidad de Chile, en conjunto con la Universidad de la Frontera y la Universidad del Bío Bío, les invita cordialmente a la Primera Escuela de Verano Indígena, que se llevará a cabo los días lunes 23 y martes 24 de enero de 2023 en el Liceo Bicentenario Luis González Vásquez B17, Nueva Imperial, Región de la Araucanía. La Escuela de Verano Indígena (EVI) tiene como propósito difundir y promocionar la educación superior a estudiantes que habitan comunidades rurales indígenas. Con esta jornada se busca fomentar el vínculo entre instituciones de educación superior y estudiantes que, dado su contexto territorial, ven dificultado el acceso a Centros de Formación Técnica o Universidades. Durante los días 23 y 24 de enero realizaremos talleres prácticos con académicos/as y estudiantes de la FCFM UChile, FICA Universidad de la Frontera y la Fac. Ingeniería Universidad del Bío Bío, donde podrán conocer de manera didáctica las materias que se estudian en estas instituciones. En ambos días se harán dinámicas grupales y recreativas, y se entregará desayuno y almuerzo para hacer más amena la actividad.
