What is the vTools Officer?

vTools Officer Reporting is an online tool that allows authorized volunteers to update and manage officer lists in the IEEE organization. It automatically validates changes and keeps the central IEEE database up-to-date. It is important to notify the IEEE Operations Center when selecting new ExCom members or Branch Counselors for a Student Branch.
