The IEEE Colombian Caribbean Conference (C3) is an international scientific and technical conference organized by the Colombian Caribbean Section of the IEEE. It is held in a hybrid format (in-person and virtual) and takes place at higher education institutions in the Colombian Caribbean region where IEEE Student Branches operate, such as the Technological University of Bolívar in Cartagena, which will host the third edition in 2027. The main objective of the event is to provide a high-level academic platform for the presentation, discussion, and exchange of research, technological developments, and professional experiences in various areas of engineering, science, and technology. IEEE C3 brings together professionals, academics, students, and researchers from around the world and addresses key topics such as: circuits and systems, communications, computing, computational intelligence, engineering education, biomedical engineering, geoscience and remote sensing, power and energy, robotics and automation, and technology and engineering management, among others. Submissions are evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring the academic quality of the accepted papers.
