O evento tem como objetivo promover o diálogo sobre a participação feminina na engenharia, reunindo engenheiras eletricistas com atuações em diferentes áreas, proporcionando uma visão ampla sobre possibilidades de carreira no setor. As convidadas compartilharão suas trajetórias acadêmicas e profissionais, destacando experiências em diferentes contextos da engenharia elétrica. El evento está dirigido a estudiantes, docentes, profesionales y público en general, especialmente a jóvenes que se encuentran construyendo su camino académico y profesional. A través de ponencias y una mesa redonda, mujeres profesionales compartirán sus experiencias personales y trayectorias, abordando temas como vocación, liderazgo y crecimiento profesional, junto a la reflexión sobre la participación de la mujer en espacios académicos e industriales. El evento se realizará el 30 de abril, en la Universidad Estatal Península de Santa Elena (UPSE), en horario matutino y busca fortalecer la formación integral de la comunidad universitaria, promoviendo valores de equidad, inclusión y compromiso social.
