She is a mechatronic engineer and currently serves as the Technical Education Director at Nuevos Recursos SAS. Her significant contributions within IEEE include being recognized as an Exemplary Volunteer by AESS Colombia in 2021 and becoming a member of VOLT in 2022. In the IEEE Section Colombia, she actively supported student activities, holding the position of SSAC of IEEE Colombia (2022-2023), and is slated to assume the role of RSAC for IEEE Region 9 (2024-2025).
