IEEE Educacation Week 2024 – UFRN

The IEEE Student Branch of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) is responsible for organising the activities representing IEEE Education Week 2024 at UFRN. Thus, in partnership with other university projects such as Cometa Nordeste, the João Gomes da Costa Neto Municipal School is scheduled to visit the laboratories of UFRN's Faculty of Science and Technology (ECT) and the Morphological Sciences Museum, promoting the dissemination of educational resources, instilling in children and teenagers a love and curiosity for science and technology and showing practical applications of the knowledge imparted in the classroom.

1:00 – 1:30 PM Travelling from the invited school to the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN)
1:30 – 2:30 PM Technical visit to physics laboratory 2 at the School of Science and Technology (ECT) of the UFRN
2:30 – 3:00 PM Presentation of the IEEE UFRN Student Branch OUs and their educational activities
3:00 – 4:30 PM Technical visit to the UFRN Morphological Sciences Museum
4:30 – 5:00 PM Unpacking the students back home
