Theme
The winning design will be featured on a t-shirt and given to all participants at the Student Branches Regional Meeting 2024. This is an initiative between SAC Team Region 9 and SBRM El Salvador Local Committee. The competition is open to all Region 9 Student Branches for the SBRM.
The theme of the SBRM 2024 t-shirt design competition is "Empowering Leaders, Shaping the Future as One IEEE."
Your Task? Create a t-shirt graphic that embodies the essence of "Empowering Leaders, Shaping the Future as One IEEE" for Region 9.
Eligibility/How to Participate & Who Can Participate
- Students and graduated students that belong to a Student Branch in the Region 9, each Student Branch can submit only 3 designs.
Guidelines
- Each entry must be smaller than 15MB. The base of the design should be transparent, and you may use up to three additional colors for graphics and text. Please use THREE or fewer colors.
- Please only use the back of the shirt for your design. The slogan "Empowering leaders, shaping the future as One IEEE" and the logo must appear somewhere on the shirt.
- The preferred submission format is EPS vector with outlines. Submissions will also be accepted in PDF or SVG formats. Any other file format will not be accepted. By entering, contestants warrant that each submission is their original creation and does not infringe on the rights of any other contestant or person.
Ownership
- The IEEE SBRM Committee 2024/IEEE SAC Region 9 retains exclusive rights to reproduce and use the winning design.
- All entries become the property of the IEEE SBRM Committee 2024 and will not be returned or acknowledged except as specified herein.
- The winning design will be exclusively featured on the IEEE SBRM 2024 t-shirt and will be honored on the SBRM Region 9 website.

- Surprise prize to be revealed and awarded during the gala dinner at IEEE SBRM 2024!

Point per like
- 500 likes or more: 20 point
- 250 to 499 likes: 15 point
- 100 to 249 likes: 10 point
- 1 to 99 likes: 5 point
Design Requirements:
- Logos:
Each design must feature the IEEE logo or the "IEEE Student Branches Regional Meeting 2024" logo.
- Originality:
Designs must be original and not infringe on any copyrighted material.
- Adaptability:
The design must suit a t-shirt and include graphics, text, or a combination of both.
- File Formato:
Submissions must be in high-resolution PNG or JPEG format. Vector files in AI or EPS format are recommended.
- Colors:
Designs should use a maximum of three colors. Ensure that the design is adaptable to light and dark t-shirt backgrounds.
- Size and Placement:
The main design area is on the front of the t-shirt. The design should not exceed 12x12 inches.
- Compliance:
- Logo Usage: Adhering to the IEEE logo usage guidelines, they are available in the IEEE Brand Identity Guidelines.
- Theme Alignment: Designs should reflect the spirit and purpose of the IEEE Student Branches Regional Meeting.
- Prohibited Content: Designs must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory content.
