What's is the NextGen Leadership Workshop?

This workshop is designed for representatives of the IEEE Industry Applications Society with the aim of enhancing their skills and the way they project their leadership. It will take place during the XXVII Student Branches Regional Meeting (SBRM), which in its 2024 edition will be held in El Salvador from October 29th to 31st. The workshop will focus on three fundamental pillars that will enable participants to learn strategies to foster new leadership approaches, inspiring their teams to achieve better results in both academic and professional settings.

Application Considerations

The scholarship to participate in the NextGen Leadership Workshop is exclusively available for leaders and student representatives of the IEEE Industry Applications Society in Region 9.

The scholarship covers the following costs:

1. Registration for the SBRM, which includes all expenses incurred during the event, such as accommodation, meals, and training materials. The event will be held from October 29th to 31st.
2. The cost of a one-way flight (the return flight must be covered by the participant).
