Welcome to the R9 SAC Team Website

About

The IEEE recognizes the significance of students within the organization and prioritizes their needs, interests, and concerns through the Student Activities Committee (SAC). Operating under the Regional Committee of Student Activities (R9 SAC Team), this committee plays a crucial role in providing policy guidance and coordination for Student Branches, directors, advisers, technical chapters, and mentors. The committee is responsible for making recommendations to the Regional Committee on awards and recognition for student members, Student Branches, and other volunteers involved in student activities. Headed by the President of the Regional Committee of Student Activities (RSAC), the committee selects a team of dedicated student volunteers and professionals in Region 9 to enhance the IEEE student community’s experience in the region.
