Latin American Challenges is an interactive workshop that transforms problem-solving into a dynamic experience of collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Structured around thematic innovation islands, the workshop presents a series of case studies inspired by real challenges across Latin America.

Through fast-paced 20-minute rotations, participants move between the different islands, tackling a new case at each station alongside specialized mentors. Using the Agile Co-Design Sprint methodology, they analyze challenges, exchange ideas, and explore potential solutions.

The experience concludes with a mentor-led plenary session, where the facilitators from each island gather and showcase the most disruptive and impactful ideas generated throughout the rotations. Rather than being a competition or a final pitch event, Latin American Challenges is designed to foster a collaborative learning environment where diverse perspectives come together to transform Latin America’s challenges into new opportunities and possibilities.
