Group Registration
If you have a group of 10 or more attendees that would like to register with a single payment, you get a 10% discount of the regular price. Please email us at rcabrera@ieee.org and espinozalopez.anddyfrancel.ni@ieee.org, we would be happy to assist you with that.

Upon acceptance of the conference Terms and Conditions, you may proceed with the registration payment using the available methods on the registration platform, which could include the following:

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please consider the following terms:
- Cancellations made on or before May 31, 2025: will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus administrative fees.
- Cancellations made on or before June 30, 2025: will be eligible for an 80% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made on of after July 1, 2025: will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
