With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Rebeca Vivanco is a strategic HR leader known for driving cultural transformation, building high-performing teams, and scaling people operations in fast-growing startups and successful corporations. Currently working as a Fractional CHRO and HR Consultant based in Panama City, she partners with early-stage companies to build strong, scalable HR foundations tailored for growth.

Prior to the foundation of her consulting firm, Rebeca led People & Organizational Development at Parrot Software in Mexico City, where she tripled headcount and significantly enhanced the company’s culture through employee engagement. Her earlier roles include +C Suite positions in thriving companies such as Payclip and Uber, developing regional talent strategies across Latin America.

Her career began at CEMEX and Heineken, where she specialized in HR operations, strategy, and continuous improvement. She holds an Executive MBA from Vertice Business School, a BA Diploma in Management from McMaster University in Canada, and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey.
