She oversees governance, operations, and strategic development for key programs, aligning them with IEEE’s mission to advance technology for humanity.
Phyllis excels in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement and has led award-winning teams and innovative programs across technical and educational domains. Her background includes leadership roles in IEEE Smart Grid and Smart Cities initiatives, and she holds advanced degrees in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. Passionate about mentorship and inclusion, Phyllis is committed to empowering the next generation of engineers and technologists through impactful programming and global outreach.
