José Luis Uribe is a Senior R&D Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Costa Rica, with over 12 years of experience in the networking industry. His career spans roles in integrated circuit design and testing, strategic sales, and engineering management. He has worked both as a hands-on engineer and as an account manager for major clients in Colombia, and currently leads multidisciplinary R&D teams in Costa Rica. José Luis holds degrees in Electronics Engineering and Systems Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá), as well as a Master’s in Computer Science and an MBA from Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá). He also has extensive experience as a university professor in both Colombia and Costa Rica, sharing his passion for technology and innovation with future engineers.
