She currently holds the position of Business Development Manager Consultant at a multinational company where she drives key sales projects, optimizes growth strategies, and leads multidisciplinary teams to maximize commercial opportunities and profit margins.

Throughout her career, she has held high-impact roles as Global Project & Program Manager, managing global projects in key, high-value accounts, ensuring the execution of strategic programs, and facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams. She has also led teams in operations and customer service, strengthening efficiency and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

She holds an MBA in Strategic Management, certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Change Management Professional (HCMBOK), and is the current Past President of the PMI Panama Chapter, where she promoted initiatives for the development of the project management profession in the country.
