IEEE INCAS 2024 AUTHORS INFORMATION
The registration for authors will follow the next price scheme. Considering that INCAS 2024 is an Hybrid Conference, we offer the option to present the paper orally as “Remote” speaker with a different registration price. Please confirm the option and price with the organization before processing the payment.

Payment process will be sent directly to accepted authors. The payment will be via tranfer to a bank account in Peru. (local tranfers or wire-tranfers recommended.

Submission Instructions:
- The official language of 2024 IEEE INCAS is ENGLISH. The maximum number of authors per paper, including co-authors, is six (6). Papers must be submitted in PDF and no less than four (4) pages nor longer than six (6) pages, following the IEEE Conference Template available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- Full papers must be submitted by using the following link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieeeincas2024
- For all accepted papers, the authors will be asked to sign a copyright transfer on the contents of their paper(s). The accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore digital library
- Accepted papers must be presented orally in order to be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
