The first lecture, “Implementation of Solid-State Semiconductor Materials for Sensor Development,” will be presented by Dr. Iker Rodrigo Chávez Urbiola, focusing on the integration of solid-state semiconductor materials in the design and development of sensing devices. The second lecture, “Technologies for Microdevice Packaging Processes,” will be delivered by Dr. Jesús Javier Alcántar Peña, addressing current and emerging technologies used in the packaging of microdevices, a critical stage in ensuring device performance, reliability, and scalability. These sessions aim to provide participants with a comprehensive perspective on materials, devices, and packaging technologies, reinforcing the Winter School’s objective of advancing education and knowledge exchange within the IEEE Electron Devices Society community.
