Conference Publication
All submitted papers must comply with the IEEE Publication Guidelines in A4-Page format and will be subject to a strict review process prior to acceptance for publication. All thoughtfully peer-reviewed and accepted IEEE papers will be then submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library . However, inclusion in IEEE Xplore is not an automatic process and IEEE reserves the right to reject any submissions that do not meet compliance.
Please note that only registered and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. Submitted and presented papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings (ISBN 978-0-9872369-4-4), and then indexed in EI Compendex, SCOPUS, Web of Science, CPCI-SSH (ISSHP).
Journal Transactions Publication for Selected Papers
Selected papers will be published in a special issue of the IEEE Latin America Transactions ( Revista IEEE America Latina ). In addition, selected papers will be submitted to the International Journal of Electronics and Telecommunications ( Electronic ISSN/e-ISSN: 2300-1933, and Print ISSN/p-ISSN: 2081-8491 ).
